12 babies! WOW! Well, if they live through the first night, usually they are all going to survive, but 12 babies is ALOT to care for for one mama. You can rotate the babies so that they all get fed, or you can supplement with doll bottles. I'd suggest rotating the babies take out a few each feeding, and then rotate them so that they all get fed.
Or if you have another mama you can let her care for them, most times she will like they were her own.

hey i just happend to see that you wanted a hognose snake. I had one when i was little and i loved it. They are very easy yo take care for, they love eatting toads, they are a rear fanged snake with has a very very very mild venmon with is called cro-ta-mine. When holding them they are fine if they get scared they will play dead or puff up.
