go to photobucket type in like naruto.gif get the pic u want that moves then right click save on ur desktop easier to find then go to yt edit channel personal profile upload picture then make sure its not too big the file(.gif) else yt will say it go to the browse bar select the pic on ur desktop if u set it then update channel then it will say wait 6 hrs jus refresh the page n ur done~
