Yeah, you're totally right, I agree, FPS are not the most accurate and realistic games. But there wouldn't be any fun if we just run around thousands of miles to kill a few enemies while our team kill the rest of them. It's very hard to portray war in a game, and even the best games are really far from reality. So nothing's better than a history book/documentary :-).

And now I ask you, do you know any sniping game similar to SE? It would be interesting to have a different game to compare them, no matter if it's based on WWII or not.

That's why I wouldn't consider it as a good "WWII" game. However, the game itself is amazing. The only bad thing I'd said about it is the enemy AI. It's quite annoying when a soldier who is hundreds of metres away is able to see you, don't know how, and what's worse, he shoot you with a machine gun, and he hits you several times! Nothing to say when suddenly a group of 4 or 5 soldiers appear from nowhere as if they had been following you since the beginning of the mission... just some details I don't like, apart from that, everything's more than perfect. It's like I had been visiting Germany, amazing graphics o_O!

Haha now that you've said it, yes, it might be "Save the Scientist", if it's not, it's just one or two missions after, no way any further.

¿Best WWII game? Well... I must say here that I'd just think of it as a good sniping/action game, just because the history is pure fiction, you know, I would have preferred the same game, but playing like an allied sniper acting in Berlin, or perhaps a game which took place in Stalingrad. I try to learn as I play in this kind of games, like MoH and CoD series, whose missions are based in real facts.

But well, if I manage myself to play just to end the game, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to finish it (I hope xD). However, now I can't play it as I've just moved so I have no TV nor my PS2, so I'll have to wait. I remember I once downloaded it for PC, but I've never been able to play with a damn keyboard, so I just deleted it.

Bufff it's taking a loooong time I don't play the game. I'm "stuck" in a mission where you are in a roof of a kind of station or something, I'm not very sure, I can't remember which was exactly the mission before. The only thing I can bring up to my mind is that there was a tank going through the road at my left, and there were some snipers in buildings around. It took place in a dark night.

I didn't really get stuck, I simply stopped playing for some reason, but I can't actually remember why. I'm the kind of player who restarts the mission thousands of times to make it perfectly, you know, "one shot, one kill", avoiding to get wounded or watched, hitting every enemy on their head, etc. So the game turns even more difficult then, maybe frustrating sometimes.

Ah OK that's what I expected but I just wanted to be sure hehe.

Talking about the messages, don't worry about them, they are the same but I sent it a few times because it appeared as there was a problem or something, as I said, internet here doesn't work very well :-S I don't know which one you have read, the long or the short one, however I'm glad at least one arrived. I'll try to type shorter messages which are easier to upload.

And you like Sniper Elite too hahaha!!! What a game, the best sniper game ever made and one of the hardest I've ever played, I haven't even finished it yet! Not a real story, neither catching, but the slow-motion scenes of the bullet are awesome. Hope they release a second title.

Answering to your question: well, I like almost every Sabaton song, but if I had to choose some... I'd say Primo Victoria, Rise of evil and Union (Slopes of St. Benedict). However, every other song is awesome too.

Wow I've just checked out the FoW video and now I'm glad to see you like Sabaton too. Awesome game (well, I've only played CoH, but it seems very similar), and awesome band. Keep rockin' man, I'm very interested in WWII too, and these kind of entertainments are a good way to have a great time whilst we learn some things about the darkest years in human history.
