WELCOME TO MY MOODY BLUES TRIBUTE CHANNEL!
I can't imagine life without music. It's one of God's greatest and most beautiful gifts.
I have VERY eclectic musical tastes. I can appreciate and enjoy it ALL! However, I wanted to dedicate this channel specifically to spotlight The Moody Blues, my fave band! They're one of the best- and definitely THE most underrated bands- in rock music history. My **FAVORITES** is only Moody Blues- including their solo and duo works.
The "Mark 2" MB's are what I'm concentrating on. This line-up was: Graeme Edge, Justin Hayward, John Lodge, Mike Pinder and Ray Thomas.
NOTE: I DON'T HAVE A YELLOW SUB BUTTON. WHY? I HAVE NO VIDS OF MY OWN- I'M WAY TOO INEPT! :) YOU CAN SUB TO MY FAVORITES- I WOULD SO APPRECIATE IT!!

Formerly, I was berrygirl1964 who joined YT in Sept '06 (on my birthday- what a gift that was!)to Feb 2008.
It's hard to describe yourself in any medium-especially on the internet. What can I say and where to begin?
I'm a woman who has endured a lot of pain in my life, but I still try to find love and laughter in everyday living. I refuse to give up and give in.....though some days I want to crawl down in a deep hole- lol! I have to remind myself there is much joy and many blessings in life- if I will but look around me. My greatest happiness comes from my relationship with my Father GOD, loving/helping other people, enjoying good music, being outdoors in nature.......and savoring some exquisite chocolate! Those of you who are familiar with me know I just HAD to mention chocolate!
I'm a feisty Southern Belle and a typical Libra- a deadly combo! I'm fiery, tempestuous, moody, passionate, flirty, and stubborn. But I'm also smart, funny, loyal, kind, and compassionate. When I love someone or something, I love with everything in me.
Having read the above, don't you pity my spousal unit of 18 years, Charles T/Chucky T aka "hubs"? He is 6'4" -a full foot taller than I. We look like Mutt and Jeff. We don't have kids but our 2 cats, 1 dog, and 1 hen are our babies.
I'm a follower of CHRIST but I'm not a holy, "better than thou" saint. I'm forgiven of my many sins- but I'm still not perfect! Anyone who's around me for more than a few seconds will find that I have plenty of faults, vices, and failings. I don't bash people with my faith, but I stand up for my beliefs and won't deny the name of CHRIST. I love and will befriend all people- regardless of their beliefs, nationality, creed, or skin tone. Loving others is what I'm commanded by my LORD to do. I still fail miserably to show love, and ask GOD and any of you to forgive me when I don't love.
Things I dream of doing before I vacate Earth: get my pilots license; tour England in a red '65 'Stang convertible(heck, any car will do, really- lol!); live in Savannah/Tybee while operating my own shop; more than all of those things, I want to look into the eyes of my best friend.
What I want to be said of me after I've left this planet can be summed up in two words: "SHE TRIED."

Film e programmi TV: Comedies; classic black/white TV shows and movies; westerns; documentaries; nature and gardening shows; history and travel shows; anything- and I do mean any- TV show or movie that is British!
Musica: I have very eclectic musical tastes. Jazz, country, pop, classical, rock, gospel- and all in between. I enjoy a wide range of musicians and singers- way too numerous to even begin to catalogue. Suffice it to say that Elvis Presley and The Moody Blues vie for first place in my heart. I'm quite certain I became an Elvis fan while still in my Mother's womb. 'Blue Suede Shoes' and 'Jesus Loves Me' are the first two songs I remember singing as a very small child. I became smitten with John Lodge of the Moody Blues back in 1978 when I was 14 years old. I often joke that he is the only man I've ever loved who hasn't broken my heart- lol!
Libri: Couldn't possibly name them all b/c I'm a certified biblioholic! If it contains words, I'll probably try to read it, whether it's a phone book or a cereal box! The Holy Bible, God's love-letter, is at the top of my reading list.
