Kats Love Scene:Can I Keep You? From Universal:Casper The Movie.1995. I edited the movie to create what I call "Kats Love Scene" Music by Jordan Hill.In the movie, this scene runs a little over a minute. Here it runs the length of the song. This movie appeals to all genders and ages.I think we all will take a little away from this one.
Lyrics: Every now and then We find a special friend Who never lets us down Who understands it all Reaches out each time you fall You're the best friend that I've found I know you can't stay A part of you will never ever go away Your heart will stay
* I'll make a wish for you And hope it will come true That life would just be kind To such a gentle mind If you lose your way Think back on yesterday Remember me this way Hmm...........Remember me this way
I don't need eyes to see The love you bring to me No matter where I go And I know that you'll be there Forever more a part of me, you're everywhere I'll always care (Repeat *)
And I'll be right behind your shoulder watching you I'll be standing by your side and all you do And I won't ever leave As long as you believe You just believe (Repeat *)

In 1994, following the release of their album The Division Bell, veteran progressive-psychedelic band Pink Floyd set out on a massive international concert tour. As part of their set, the group began playing their classic 1973 album Dark Side of the Moon in its entirety at certain select shows. Pink Floyd: Pulse is a live video taken from dates on the 1994 tour. It not only features the complete live performance of Dark Side of the Moon, but a number of other classic Floyd tunes, including "Wish You Were Here," "Shine on You Crazy Diamond," "Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2," "Learning to Fly," "Us And Them" and Comfortably Numb.
Lyrics:
Us, and them And after all we're only ordinary men. Me, and you. God only knows its not what we would choose to do. Forward he cried from the rear And the front rank died. And the general sat and the lines on the map Moved from side to side. Black and blue And who knows which is which and who is who. Up and down. And in the end its only round and round. Havent you heard its a battle of words The poster bearer cried. Listen son, said the man with the gun Theres room for you inside.
I mean, they're not gunna kill ya, so if you give em a quick short, Sharp, shock, they wont do it again. dig it? I mean he get off Lightly, cos I would've given him a thrashing - I only hit him once! It was only a difference of opinion, but really...i mean good manners Dont cost nothing do they? Eh?
Down and out It cant be helped but theres a lot of it about. With, without. And who'll deny its what the fightings all about? Out of the way, its a busy day Ive got things on my mind. For the want of the price of tea and a slice The old man died.

The World Liberty Concert was held on 8 May 1995 and commemorated the 50th anniversary of VE-Day, the liberation of Europe. The venue for the concert was Arnhem, the Netherlands, near the John Frost bridge, the bridge immortalized in the film `A Bridge Too Far' (well... I think the original bridge was blown to bits). The idea for the WLC was conceived by 25 year old Dutchman Arno Geul, who, at an early stage, decided Alan Parsons was the perfect Musical Director for the show. Apart from (not entirely live) performances of the Alan Parsons Band (with Chris Thompson and Mick Mullins on vocals), Candy Dulfer, Art Garfunkel, UB40 and many others (including an 80 piece orchestra and a local choir), the show consists of military parades, airshows and a narration by Walter Cronkite, the legendary war correspondent and later news anchorman. The Alan Parsons Band performed a number of well-known songs (Sirius/Breakaway, Old and Wise, The Gold Bug, Sirius/Eye in the Sky) plus some new material commissioned for the show (among which White Dawn) and also accompanied Dulfer, Joe Cocker and Art Garfunkel on their segments. The show was televised live in 40 countries, was attended by approximately 85.000 people and is about two hours long.

Edited for YouTube: The Shepherd.I reedited this scene to try and enhance the video to make it easier to see the shepherd crossing the shot at 1:44. Jewison has said this was not intentional. The producers and directors were so awestruck that they decided to keep this very profound shot. The shepherd can be seen entering the shot from the viewers left screen near the bottom during the last minute or so of the sunset shot and is only visible for a few seconds.Enjoy.

From Riverdance The Show at the Point Theatre in Dublin 1995. Caoineadh Cu Chulainn (Lament) For those that have asked-pronounciation of Caoineadh Cu Chulainn from Erins Web dot com is 'Kweena Coo Hulling' Song composed by Bill Whelan. Presented here is Davy Spillane with a lament on the uilleann pipes for Cuchulain, the great Irish hero and leader who fought the sea prior to his death. Cúchulainn /(Irish "Hound of Culann"; also spelled Cú Chulainn, Cú Chulaind, Cúchulain, or Cuchullain) is an Irish mythological hero who appears in the stories of the Ulster Cycle, as well as in Scottish and Manx folklore. The son of the god Lugh and Deichtine, sister of the king of Ulster, he was originally named Sétanta , but gained his better-known name as a child after he killed Culann's fierce guard-dog in self-defence, and offered to take its place until a replacement could be reared. At the age of seventeen he defended Ulster single-handedly against the armies of queen Medb of Connacht in the epic Táin Bó Cúailnge ("The Cattle Raid of Cooley"). It was prophesied that his great deeds would give him everlasting fame, but that his life would be short; one reason he is compared to the Greek hero Achilles. He is known for his terrifying battle frenzy or ríastrad, in which he becomes an unrecognisable monster who knows neither friend nor foe. He fights from his chariot, driven by his loyal charioteer Láeg, and drawn by his horses, Liath Macha and Dub Sainglend. (Wikipedia)

The world lost another great person in 2006. "The Crocodile Hunter", was an Australian wildlife expert and television personality. He achieved world-wide fame from the television program The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally broadcast wildlife documentary series co-hosted with his wife Terri Irwin that also later featured his children:Bindi and Robert (Bob) Irwin. Together with Terri, he also co-owned and operated Australia Zoo, founded by his parents in Beerwah, Queensland. He died in 2006 after his chest was fatally pierced by a stingray barb. If we had just a handfull of Steve Irwins, the world would be such a better place for "all" gods creatures. RIP Mate.
