Yes if they accept Jesus Christ as their savior and REPENT and STOP MURDERING. Than yes they can go to heaven. My GOd is very forgiving. As for those babies, I am really sorry, but as a human race we do grow enough food to feed the whole world, but we choose not to. The babies though, being too young to have done anything wrong or to know the difference between right and wrong are now in heaven.

THose things happened because God gave us free will and we choose to do evil. If you went up and shot a guy in front of a police officer. would you blame the police officer for you shooting the man? The police officer will punish you, but you did it. You were the one who commited the crime. The police officer would not be to blame. You really need to change your reasoning skills and grow up. You can't blame someone else for what another does.

sorry about getting back to you so late. If you pray and believe than it does occur. You just need faith. That is why your prayers were not answered also it takes time sometimes. I prayed for a year for my dad to get off drugs. I gave up on praying. One year later my dad was caught by the police and put on probation. He is now off drugs. SOmetimes you have to wait.

If you truly want to know that God exists, say this prayer... "Lord, God please let me know if there is anything I need to repent of , please rip, tear ,shred. burn and kill anything that is obstructing me from you. God I relinquish my will to you even if it hurts. In Jesus name I pray AMen."
If he doesn't exist, which he does, how would it hurt to pray to him?

because its the test.the test of showing the lord you love him because he loves you.once you pray and love him everything becomes clear.
