Isn't it funny to see how many wars is provoking religion? How it brings science back every day, hour, minute, second?Crazed fanatics, tons of LIES, even dignity is in the game.

the bible says the flood happened 4400 years ago
the exodus was 3300 years ago thats a big big time distance anyway the epic of gildamesh does talk about adam and eve its the very first story i believe the garden of eden is also mentioned in the epic even the talking snake |

gildemesh
You mean the story that was similar to Noahs flood. Yes the bible story about Noah was written a couple houndred years after the event was supposed to take place. While the story of Noah was probably written more as a morality tale rather than a factual tale the story itself was most likly inspired by true events. A large flood in Mesopotamia is likly to be at the route of both stories. |

well while in my opinion theistic evolution is sketchy
but you consider the story of adam and eve as metaphoric while it really is a story about the discovering of argiculture and the ability to farm its almost a word for word copy of the epic of gildemesh which was writen a good 1000 years before the time of moses |

Sorry. I ment most of the atheists I come across on youtube don't seem to believe in the historical existence of Jesus. All of the atheist I know personaly do believe that he existed.
A Christian is merly defined as someone who believes that Jesus was the incarnation of God and Died to save us from original sin. Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden need only to have existed in the metaphorical sense for original sin to still apply. |

hmm well not many atheists i know dont accept jesus's existence as a human being
and since you accept evolution im guessing your a jesusite and not a christian ? |
