I am the proud single Mom of a homeshooling 12 year old boy. We reside in Vancouver, B.C. and have been living the rawsome life for over 6 years - and choose to never look back!

No one believes I am 48 years young - and getting more youthful by the day! Surviving malignant cervical cancer at 22, four car hits on my bike, breast lumps at 34, rheumatoid arthritis at 36, and the list goes on ... So do I!

Why simply be a 'surviver' when you can be a THRIVER? Each day is a blessing when you begin it by feeding every precious part of yourself ... with Love.

yeah its University of Southern California and I love the life here. thank the lord I don't live in Los Angeles its way to toxic for me but its fun going in there and seeing all the shops! I live in Calabasas the same town Britney spears and Jessica Simpson live in. I have to say the life is interesting here seeing all the different talented people.

Hi Katherine! I became a vegan 3 months ago. I used to be a vegetarian, but now I am slowly transitioning to raw vegan eating.
I saw your video with your mom. Reminded me of my father, he was bed ridden and passed away last year. That made me decided to go raw and be vegan for life!!! :-)
