I'm already vegan, and I've thought so much about going raw. I doubt I ever will, but I'm definitely going to try to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, especially since by watching your videos, I've seen what its done for you.

I applaud you for what you're doing, people have been brainwashed their entire lives, and you are one of the people who will open their eyes, and help them to understand that animal products aren't necessarily as healthy as the world thinks.

Every vegan or vegetarian can make some difference in the world, like you and many other people have. I sure hope some do.

I am looking forward to do exactly the same in Germany. I start from nearly zero and look whats possible powered by raw food. I start from a quite low shape and hope that i can show that raw food increase the performance like you re taking steroids. Just as you ve shown to us! Peace

you cant compare one sport with all of them. the only athlete that doesn't require protein is a runnr... give me a break
