first thing i want to say: I love your dog training vid`s and your philosophy behind training a dog (they should have fun doing it and shouldnt be forced to do tricks), it makes me belife that you are the right person to ask the following question. Im thinking about getting a puppy (my last dog died 2 years ago). I have allready found the perfect breeder of boston terriers and would love to get the puppy from him because he thems to be very responsible- minded. The problem is, i wont be able to have my hollidays the time he is having puppys, which means the dog would be home alone 2 - 3 hours a day. The thought of leaving a puppy home alone really bothers my. What wold you recomend? Get the puppy ? Or get a puppy from a different but in my eyes not as responsible- minded breader when i have my 1 Month of hollidays?

Nevermind. My dog's better now. Maybe you can't teach a dog to blow his nose anyway.

And um ... I just saw all that stuff about the taco bell incident. (I'm an old subscriber ... but I unsubscribed months ago.) And yes. You over-reacted. The principle is important, but as you can plainly see, taking extreme measures did not solve the problem.

My dog has allergies and I'm trying to figure out how to teach him to blow his nose. lol

i have a border collie that just has no interest in any toys.
Want him to play with the ball or frisbee but he has no interest.
He's nearly three, had him for about 6 months. He came from a breeder and maybe never had any toys, he just chases other dogs.
Any indea's?
